Shep
A motion system that makes supply-chain infrastructure instantly understandable.

The problem
Shep (formerly Edisoft) simplifies supply-chain complexity, but the product is abstract and technical. After a rebrand, the site needed to make it click fast.
What I built
One consistent visual language across 10 pieces:
- Hero: the “Shep Fabric”
- “Spaghetti to Blueprint”: a transformation from tangled systems to a clear one
- Five capability animations: Automate, Protect, See Everything, Scale, Launch Fast
- Three architecture illustrations: One Language, Decoupled Systems, Centralized Logic & Observability
Performance
The hero first shipped on Rive’s WebGL2 renderer, and the page scored 40 on Lighthouse. Switching it to the Canvas runtime brought the score to 99, with the same animation.
Why it matters
Explaining how a system works is information design. Every piece turns an abstract idea (automation, security, scale) into something a buyer understands in seconds.
